are the demons of within, like anger, frustration and having expectations out of people in fact pull you down more than the demons outside like circumstances, people?
relatively, what is better or efficient or more realisable, to control external environment or internal environment? and if that be the case, is it not true that in fact all our laws address the external environment and leave our internal environment to the individuals' discretion?
